Drawing from her personal journey through unimaginable hardships as a refugee, navigating challenging chronic health conditions, and a turbulent marriage, Niloo has undergone profound transformations in health, wealth, and personal relationships, shaping her into a compassionate and insightful mentor.

Since 2005, Niloo has been dedicated to teaching and guiding women inward, helping them rediscover their essence, truth, purpose and inherent feminine strength. Through her commitment to creating beautiful and sacred rituals and spaces, she provides a nurturing environment where transformation can take place.

Utilizing a wealth of experience in teaching Kundalini yoga and meditation, breathwork, Restorative yoga, women’s healing circles, dance and movement, Bhakti yoga, and leading Kirtans, Niloo serves as a skilled healing practitioner, harnessing the power of the senses.

Her spiritual journey includes transformative pilgrimages to India and initiations into advanced Kriya meditations, immersion in the Sacred Geometry mystery school in Bali, as well as mystical initiations in the ancient goddess temples of Egypt.
